Hong Kong does not charge a sales tax on goods. Our prices include all taxes we are required to charge. Import duties and taxes in the country of delivery are not included; see Delivery & duties.

Please contact us first; we answer every message. Customers in Hong Kong can use the Consumer Council’s complaint and conciliation service or the Small Claims Tribunal. Customers elsewhere can contact the consumer advice body in their own country, for example the European Consumer Centre in their EU country. We do not currently take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
