Personal Information Collection Statement

This statement tells you, at the time we collect your personal data, what we will do with it. It is required by Data Protection Principle 1(3) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong (Cap. 486). It applies to the checkout, account, contact and withdrawal forms on tintavell.com.

1. Purpose of collection

We collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number (optional) and order details to:

• process, pack and deliver your order;
• take payment and issue refunds;
• send you order, delivery and return emails;
• answer your questions, handle withdrawals, returns and complaints; and
• keep the business records the law requires.

2. Is it voluntary?

Name, email and address are needed to complete an order. If you do not provide them, we cannot accept or deliver your order. Your phone number and any message to us are voluntary.

3. Who may receive your data

• Our payment provider, to process payments and refunds and to prevent fraud.
• Carriers and postal services delivering your parcel, including customs authorities where your parcel needs clearance.
• Our website hosting and email providers, who process data only on our instructions.
• Government or law enforcement bodies, only where the law requires.

Some of these recipients are outside Hong Kong. We do not sell your data or give it to anyone for marketing.

4. Direct marketing

We do not use your personal data for direct marketing.
